Unable to dent the enduring popularity of Ronald Reagan, Democratic politicians are now trying to recast America's 40th president as one of their own -- sometimes with hilarious results. One day after this week's 100th anniversary of Reagan's birth, a press release from Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid hailed an achievement that has escaped the attention of even the most thorough Reagan biographers: the establishment of a park in eastern Nevada.
